Michael Ostrander

Michael is the Systems Administrator found in the firm’s Albany headquarters where he oversees the management, maintenance, and implementation of servers, networks, as well as any future solutions. He works with Justin Neubauer to ensure that the firm’s IT helpdesk is resolving any issues end users are having as well.

Before joining the firm, Michael worked as an IT Manager for Conduent. During this time, he spearheaded the upgrade and deployment of servers and desktops for their office upgrade. As well as the implementation of multiple other new offices across the country. He also facilitated a rapid transition to work-from-home solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also ensured that all users were able to meet client SLAs.

Michael regularly keeps up to date with the latest trends in technology and is determined to make sure that everyone can do their daily work without interruption or annoyance.
