Carly Boland

Joining Tully Rinckey as a Talent Acquisition Associate, Carly works with all members of the recruiting department to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans. She is responsible for helping candidates through their job search in order to grow the firm’s team of attorneys and staff members. Prior to Tully Rinckey, Carly gained valuable recruiting experience in the biotech industry. During this time, she helped staff many companies across the country and globe.

Carly graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University, where she played Division I basketball.
