Kenneth Gay

Kenneth is a dedicated husband and father who recently relocated with his family to the Capital Region to raise his children in a supportive, family-oriented community. He now serves as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Tully Rinckey.

Originally from Longview, Texas, Kenneth enlisted in the U.S. Army with an Airborne Ranger Contract immediately after high school. Over his career, he held various roles in the special operations community before transitioning to conventional forces. Selected by the Department of the Army as a Recruiter, he was assigned to New York City, where he played a key role in developing and implementing virtual recruiting strategies which provided critical during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kenneth holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Texas College. He attributes his academic success to the mentorship of his first Platoon Sergeant and the educational support provided by the U.S. Army.
