Shannon Easton is the Director of Client Relations at Tully Rinckey, where she manages a range of projects related to the operations, business growth and the overall improvement of client satisfaction. These initiatives span the areas of process improvement, client relations and adaptation of new programs.
Shannon oversees a team of approximately a dozen employees who collectively share the focus of working toward ensuring client satisfaction, from the initial point of contact, through the end of a client’s legal matter. Shannon and the entire Client Relations Department work with firm attorneys to ensure that clients are being matched with the appropriate attorneys for their legal matters.
Shannon brings comprehensive experience in previous leadership positions to Tully Rinckey, with extensive expertise in human resources, data analytics, personnel management, training, organizational development, leadership and strategic vision. She was previously the Executive Director of an Albany, N.Y. law firm, where she was a member of the executive leadership team responsible for all aspects of human resource management, information technology needs, facilities management and training and development. Prior, Shannon served seven years in multiple capacities at Excelsior College in Albany, N.Y., including as Adjunct Faculty, Executive Director of Admissions, Executive Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager. Shannon also spent five years as the Director of Graduate and Adult Admissions at The Sage Colleges in Troy, N.Y., where she successfully led business development and community partnership efforts with local Chamber of Commerce organization and local hospitals; managed rebranding efforts of Sage Graduate School printed materials; and created operational efficiencies in admissions offices to streamline new student communication.
Shannon obtained a bachelor of science degree in Business and Communications from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y. and a master of science degree from Excelsior College in Albany, N.Y.
